My name is Jimmy Larsson. I live in Kvistofta, a major nowhere somewhere in southern sweden. I work as a Senior IT Consultant at one of Swedens largest Cisco Gold Partners. My daily work deals with security-solutions like Firewalls, IPS:es and 802.1x-implementations. 99% of the solutions I work with are Cisco-based.

 

I have a few Cisco Certifications, like CCNP and CCSP. Every now and then I struggle with finding time to prepare for the CCIE Security Lab exam. So far I have passed the written exam twice and did one no-pass attempt for the lab in mid-2010.

    Hey Jimmy – just wanted encourage you on your CCIE pursuit. Do not give up and keep up the good work. I am somehow caught up in a similar boat – very busy at work and at the same time trying to figure out which CCIE to take. Am caught up between R&S v/s Sec because I now work as a network sec engineer but was primarily a R&S engineer before.
    Haven’t checked your FB, Google or other profiles but will later. Again..keep up the good work and work even harder to pass CCIE. Good luck.
